Truth blocks are when you don’t want to see the truth, are scared of the truth, or are denying the truth and we’ve all had them from time to time.
Perhaps you think the truth will hurt, maybe you feel you can’t cope with the truth, or that after accepting the truth you won’t know the next step. Perhaps living in the shadow of truth feels easier right now for you...
When we pay attention to life it really does show us the way, life guides us, gently down the paths that are completely right for our soul’s growth.
However there are times in life when we don’t want to go down a particular path, maybe we aren’t quite ready, maybe we are just too stubborn and like the way our life is at the moment, and want to hang on to the familiar.
Whatever the reason, when we come to a crossroads in life, and we don’t move, that is your truth block…
You are blocking the truth of what is, for the truth of what you want to see, and for a time, this is cool, life just goes along much the same as before, apart from further along the line things start to feel a tad uncomfortable.
You start to have an inner knowing that perhaps the path you have stayed on, isn’t really the right path for you, perhaps you should have gone down another route, but you feel it’s too late..
You feel stuck… the truth block has you in it’s grasp, Eeek!
So what to do, well the first thing to do is to recognise that you have a truth block. Once you get clear and acknowledge this has happened, then you are open to the flow of energy once again, you connect to universal soul guidance.
Remember: What you resist will persists, once you acknowledge the Truth Block you are freeing yourself.
The next step is to look at what the truth is, are you scared of the next step, is the familiar ok and stable but not a great place for you to be right now, were you afraid of change, did you know the truth in your soul that change was needed, but perhaps on the emotional /mental level you weren’t quite ready..
Question – Are you ready now?
If you are, then allow the block to guide you. What feels uncomfortable about the block? What can you do to make it a little less scary, a little more comfortable? How can you make the transition from where you are to where you want to be easier on yourself?
What one baby step can you take today? Remember, it’s the little steps that count, the little steps will build to one big leap and before you know it, Wham! You’re back on track ..
And the truth block has gone ..
