How do I book a ‘Mini Coaching Session' ?

Click on the mini coaching session tab on the website and put the answers to the 5 questions on the contact form. Once I have received the form I will respond within 48 hours (weekends excluded) to let you know if I can help you and If I'm the right person for you.

 

We will then arrange the best days/times for your session and I will send an invoice to you which needs to be paid within 24 hours of receipt to secure your place.

 

All session are over Skype without camera.

What time zone are the appointments based in?

All appointments are in UK time. Please take the time to check the correct time for your time zone as UK changes twice a year in Spring and Autumn.

Can I have a telephone consultation instead of over Skype?

Yes, landline consultations are available for UK landlines, when making your booking just let me know you would prefer a telephone appointment.

 

Can I extend the consultation?

No, all consultations are for 1 hour only.

 

Can I record the consultation.

No, these are private consultations and recording is strictly not allowed.  

 

I have booked an appointment but now I can’t make it, can I cancel and get a refund?

All bookings are transferable but not refundable.  You need to give at least 36 hours notice of cancellation to be able to transfer your appointment to a different time/date. If less than 36 hours notice is given the appointment will need to be booked and paid for again.
